Patrick the pony is a human-like pony which lives like we do, as in he lives in a house, drives a car, eats salads and so on.

Appearances:
Patrick was the first character to have his own strip. He now however shares it with his girlfriend Penny and the strip is called “The Adventures of Patrick and Penny”. They together have over eighty comics and counting (most of which are in back-stock ready to be made available over time).

Personality:
Patrick is fun-loving, gentle, friendly and has a sense of humor. However, he can be extremely stubborn, hot tempered and impatient. Patrick is very loyal to his friends. He is a very likeable character.

Appearance:
Patrick is a large pony. Meaning a middle-sized horse that isn’t extremely short or tall. Patrick has somewhat short legs, large body and head and a very fluffy mane and tail. Patrick is a little round in the tummy, but not overweight. Patrick is a tan color, with a black mane and tail. Patrick ALWAYS has six locks of hair on the mane, five on the forehead and three on the tail. Patrick wears a sky blue t-shirt with a red top that reaches from his neck to the rear. He also wears a brown belt. He wears a light blue coat in the wintertime.

Occupation:
Patrick doesn’t have a main job but does a variety of tasks. He always manages to get into some kind of problem wherever he goes.

Penny

Comic Role: Main character
Gender: Female
Age: Mid thirties (measured in human years)
Birthday: March 14th
Color: Tan with black mane and tail
Friends: Patrick, Fellabella, Annabelle
Favorite food: Salad
Likes: Making clothes, helping friends, new styles
Dislikes: Annabelle chewing her clothes, Felisheia Wind.

Penny is a human-like horse that like Patrick, owns a house, car and has a job like we do. She even owns a business.

Appearances:
Penny was the second character to be added to “The Adventures of Patrick and Penny”. She shares the strip with Patrick but doesn’t run into as much trouble as he does.

Personality:
Penny is very even-tempered, patient and kind. She hardly ever loses her temper, even with her enemy Felisheia. In fact, when Penny’s worst enemy needed to be put in her place, another character was sent to do it so Penny wouldn’t break her character’s nature.

Appearance:
Penny is the same size as Patrick. She is not short or tall, but in the middle. She isn’t stocky, but not really thin. Penny is tan with a black mane and tail. Penny has curly hair, with seven curls on the mane, four on the forehead and eight on the tail. Penny originally didn’t wear any clothes (she’s a horse, it’s still modest) but she is currently wearing a pink coat with three buttons. She always has a pink bow in her upper mane and in color comics she has pink painted hooves.

Occupation:
Penny owns a clothes shop, where she sells clothes for other horses with her pet mouse Annabelle.

Fellabella

Comic Role: Assisting character
Gender: Male
Age: Probably early teens (measured in human years)
Birthday: March 16th
Color: Light grey with tiny spots, black mane and tail
Friends: Patrick, Penny, sometimes Jay
Favorite food: Spicy salad
Likes: Having friends, arguing with Jay, sports
Dislikes: Big scary things, being small, Jay being right

The Fellabella is a small human-like character who is mostly considered a sidekick of Patrick. He too is able to own cars and houses, but seems too inexperienced to have such things.

Appearances:
The Fellabella (who is named after his breed) originally came into the comics as the first assistanting character, meaning he isn’t a main character but is seen often and often is included in the storyline. The Fellabella first was seen in the very second comic, “Handsome Competition” as a innocent young competitor to Patrick. In the end the Fellabella won but befriended Patrick. He has has since appeared in almost every comic that Patrick is in!

Personality:
The Fellabella is very timid, shy and kind. He is often treated like a son to Patrick although they aren’t related. The Fellabella on occasions will help Patrick or Penny, but he often is the one in need of assistance. The Fellabella can have a bit of a stubborn side like Patrick.

Appearance:
The Fellabella is well…a Fellabella. A Fellabella pony is the smallest of all horses, therefore The Fellabella is extremely small, measuring probably only two feet tall! Although his size is exaggerated, some real Fellabellas can be that size at birth, although our Fellabella isn’t a foal (baby). The Fellabella is a light grey with a black mane and tail. He has small freckle-like spots all over him. He often wears a light green t-shirt.

Occupation:
The Fellabella doesn’t have a job, but he often helps Patrick with his odd jobs.

Jay

Comic Role: Assisting character
Gender: Male
Age: Full grown. Early adulthood
Birthday: October 3rd
Color: Dark blue with bright orange beak and feet
Friends: Patrick, Penny, Fellabella (sometimes)
Favorite food: Birdseed
Likes: Helping Patrick, “octopus surfing”, games
Dislikes: “The Evil Assistant”, zoo’s, skunks

Jay is Patrick’s pet bird and sidekick. He sometimes gets the worst of Patrick’s adventures, such as being made into a flag, getting filthy and so on. Jay is in almost every strip, sometimes not even being mentioned, but simply flying over Patrick’s back.

Appearances:
Jay first came into the comics in a comic where Patrick is trying to lose weight. Jay helped him, and then began joining in almost every comic about five after that. He is said to be one of the funniest characters in the strip. He is in almost every strip with Patrick.

Personality:
Jay is really overly dramatic, which adds a extra source of laughter in the panels. He often mimics Patrick’s emotions, with a little more drama. He can get mad, and in rare occasions even become aggressive, although he is very kind and friendly.

Appearance:
Jay is a bluejay bird, although he lacks the unusual markings of the bluejay. He has long wings and a bright orange beak. He is a deep blue. He wears a red jacket in the wintertime.

Occupation:
Birds really don’t need a job, but he sometimes helps his owner Patrick in his odd jobs.
